What does the name EnteleKI mean?
The name EnteleKI combines entelechy – the idea that an undertaking carries its potential and direction within itself – with “KI”, the German abbreviation for artificial intelligence.
Does EnteleKI replace my tax adviser or lawyer?
No. EnteleKI organises information and prepares documents. Professional review remains with your tax adviser, lawyer, or another responsible specialist.
What does the monthly AI allowance mean?
It sets how much you can use Ava and other AI features each month. You can check your current usage in Settings at any time.
What happens before documents are shared?
You review the documents and explicitly approve them. Drafts and unresolved items remain clearly marked.
Is EnteleKI suitable for existing businesses?
Yes. You can begin with your existing company, documents, and ongoing tasks. You do not need to start a new company.
Can I create e-invoices with EnteleKI?
Yes. You can create and edit outgoing invoices, finalise them after technical XRechnung validation, and download the XML file. Corrections are documented through credit notes linked to the original invoice.
